The rent of CHF85.-* a night includes: sheets -bath and kitchen towels- and all expenses such as taxes, electricity, warm water, heating, and so on.
Extra CHF50.- are requested for final cleaning (which includes washing and ironing). Eventually CHF15.-for extra sheets for a third person.
Unless special according the flat must be vacated by 10.00 am, in tidy conditions with sheets off, rubbish removed, freezer, grill, dishes and pans cleaned. It can be taken over after 15.00 pm.

Garage available.

On request the owner lends his washing machine free for one or two washings.

The flat can be let only for a minimum of 6 nights.
Payment: at least CHF450. - at the arrival and the rest at the latest the evening before the departure.
To interested persons we shall send a contract with a copy to return after signing.
In case of a last minute cancellation, the tenant has to find a substitute or, if not possible, pay the entire rent amount. In case of very serious and proved reasons, the amount can be reduced to about 30-50%. (The owner is ready to refund the paid amount if able to re-let during the cancelled and paid period).
