In Coglio Maggia Valley (TI) CH

Coglio is a very small and quiet village. Not far from there, the river Maggia flows with its clear ponds in which its possible to swim. In the village you can also find a playground for children. There are not shops but in Maggia there is a shopping center with a COOP supermarket, a chemist’s, a bank and a restaurant.

The flat (about 31 m2) is situated on the ground-floor of the owner’s family house. It has an independent entry through a personal garden. (In the garden there is a table with chairs for outside meals, two deck-chairs, a beach-umbrella). The owners take care of the garden.
The flat is very bright and sunny and even if quite small it is comfortable and fully furnished. It has central floor heating and for the middle season has a little electric heater.

The entrance brings into the living-room through a door-window and is furnished as follows: a table with bench and chairs, a bookcase, a sofa-bed that can be transformed into a 1.30 x2.00 m bed, a little wardrobe and a broom-wardrobe. Second window near the table.
Radio and TV by satellite.
From the living-room there’s a way to the kitchen which is functionally furnished: a freezer with inside a little deep-freezer, under the sink the rubbish-bin, a little grill oven, two electric plates for cooking and spacious cupboards for dishes and food storage. Window looking onto the garden.
Through the kitchen a door leads into the bedroom. Large French-bed with incorporated lights, two wardrobes with mirrors. Window looking onto the garden.
In the bedroom a door opens into the shower-WC with washbasin. Little mirror wall cupboard.
A third person may sleep in the living room and has to go through the bedroom to use the bathroom. In the bedroom there is no space for another bed unless it is a small baby cradle (not provided by the owner).
