 04. BUGS LIST REPORT & TIPS  

1) Migliorato il tempo di risposta per mostrare le informazioni sul display VFOB (ora anche con una piccola e lenta rotazione si innesca la visualizzazione del parametro del controllo che stiamo regolando).

2) Corretto il keying da Computer (ptt).

3) Corretta l'indicazione del Vox Delay.

4) Corretto il guadagno della ricezione in modalità AM.

5) Corretta l'uscita della memoria del Keyer Cw.

6) Eliminata l'indicazione MIC EQ sul display quando il ricetrasmettitore si trova in modalità CW.

7) Correta l'indicazione sul display B del menù 134 (prima veniva scritto FrE9 anzichè FrEq".

8) L'algoritmo del DSP non viene ora resettato nei passaggi tra Tx e Rx per evitare l'aumento di rumore dopo una trasmissione.

9) Aumentata la risposta dell'indicazione dello strumento del compressore in congiunzione con l'aumento della manopola dell processore del microfono, ora arriva fino al massimo a 12 dB. Per il processore vi è una nota addizionale : viene indicato di commutare lo strumento su COM (compressione) ed è raccomandato di settare il livello del processore all'interno diell'escursione tra 5 dB e 10 dB.

Ver. 0147 MAIN CPU implements improvements (also includes all previous updates):

• Improve response time of the values indicated on the VFD display.

• Correct the PC-keying.

• Correct the INDICATOR VOX-DELAY.

• Correct the AM reception GAIN.

• Correct the MEMORY KEYER output.

• Eliminate the "MIC EQ "indication in CW mode.

• Change the VFD indication of MENU #34 TRACKING from "FrE9" to "FrEq".

Ver. 11.53 EDSP implements improvements (also includes all previous updates):

• The DNR algorithm is not reset between TX/RX, to eliminate the increased receive noise after a

transmission.

• Increase the response of the compression level meter in conjunction with the PROC knob. (Max up to

12dB).

NOTES:

*Rotate the [METER] switch to select “COM” (Compression). We recommend setting the PROC level within the 5dB

to 10dB range.

*When menu settings are saved on the DMU-2000 CF card and transferred to the new version, some previous versions

may not transfer correctly. Please check your menu, update the settings, and then save the new settings to the CF card.

*After installation of Ver. 0142 ~ 0147 you may find that computer operation with PCC-2000 may not be possible for

setting proper MENU items. We will release the updated PCC-2000 software when it becomes available.

Fw 1.46 / 11.50 it is surely the best version. TANKS YAESU!!!

1. When you have turned on CONTOUR or NOTCH and press Split function or TX on VFO-B, CONTOUR and NOTCH position indication disapear from display! They still work but is not known if they are power on or out!

2. v1.47/11.53 the LEVEL METER COMP display is improved but it absolutely is not usable!!!!
