| Patent pending The connecting cables, which are equipped at both ends with shielded 8-pole Hirose plugs (type TM11 P-88P, respectively TM21 P-88P), can be crimped in one operation and at the same time be tested for troughput current passage and short circuit. The shielding is tested simultaneously, i.e. possible short circuits between individual wire conductors and shielding will be shown. The crimp height of the insulation crimp is adjustable, allowing an optimum crimping of varying cable diameters. Since the test units is selfprogrammable, the wiring can be selected in a random design. The good- bad statement on the display can optionally be selected in English or German with a defined cause for error, supported by an acoustic signal. The sequence of the working and test process is 1.3 sec. Of course the crimp press with tools is also avaiable without the test unit. Remark: The processing system for individual HRS plugs, order Nr. 205300 has been taken out of the manufacturing program. |
