Documentation for
Internet Search Techniques for Translators
course on 2-3 December 2005

Dear Mrs. Kaufmann,

Please find below the documentation for the “Internet Search Techniques for Translators” course (2-3 December 2005), which I kindly ask you to print for all the course participants plus one additional copy:

FILES TO PRINT INSTRUCTIONS
internet-course-for-translators.htm

Please do NOT left-click on these links: you must open these files in MS WORD and NOT in INTERNET EXPLORER. To do so:
1) Save the file to your hard drive by right-clicking on the link on the left and selecting "Save object as" ("Objekt speichern als"?)
2) In Explorer (not Internet Explorer), right-click on the file and
3) Select “Open with MS Word”

Printed correctly, this file will consist of 28 pages (please follow the instructions above so as to prevent the text from being cut off on the right of each page, which will probably happen if you print the file from Internet Explorer).

Exercises.htm

(Please open this file in MS WORD, too, as described above)
2 pages

Answers.doc

(Please open this file in MS WORD, too, as described above)
4 pages

... There are a further 9 pages (Search Engine Tricks), but I shall photocopy these directly at ZHW on the day of the course if that is possible.

MANY THANKS!

Tanya Harvey Ciampi
